Leadership Development Programs

Our Leadership Development Coaching Programs enable managers to close the gap between what they know about leadership and what they actually do as leaders. This includes being fully accountable for results, proactively and creatively addressing business opportunities and issues, balancing priorities, listening, handling conflict, and developing and motivating their team members.

These leadership development coaching engagements enhance your current talent management programs.  They reinforce existing training and mentoring programs with one-on-one laser-like focus on issues and challenges that are specific to each of your leaders.

Engagement durations are generally six months, and can be customized to address your specific needs. We leverage performance assessment tools you already have in place, and can augment them with industry-standard tools as necessary. We include unlimited personal email contact and “power coaching” calls upon request.

We also deliver Leadership Team Development Programs that enable “Leaders of Leaders” to enhance their entire organization’s performance. These short programs engage teams of leaders in organizational improvement projects, which deliver short term benefits and long term improvements in leadership team effectiveness.

In addition, we also offer coordinated top-down leadership team coaching for a unique approach to driving sustainable culture change with relatively low risk.

To optimize cost and time management, we are flexible about coaching session locations and the use of audio and video conferencing tools.
