QUICK ASSESSMENT – DO YOU NEED A COACH?

To get a quick read on whether or not leadership development coaching could help you achieve better results in less time and with less stress, please take a minute or two to answer these four questions:

1. Are you achieving all that you want to at work? Yes/No

2. Are you putting in the kind of hours you want to at work? Yes/No

3. Are you routinely getting positive feedback from your staff,
management and peers? Yes/No

4. Are you enjoying most of the work that you do? Yes/No

Give yourself 25 points for each of your YES answers for a possible total
score of 100%. Then look at your result below:

100% – Congratulations! You are certainly doing very well, and… there’s
always room for improvement. A coach could help you move from good to
great.

75% – A passing grade with lots of room for improvement. A coach could
make a big difference in your success and satisfaction at work.

50% – Well… in school, a 65 is the Pass/Fail cutoff. A coach could help with
professional success, work life balance and your overall satisfaction with your
career.

25% – The good news here is that it does not have to be this hard! Please
seek out a coach. If you are hesitant, please ask yourself two questions – First, If
you keep doing what you are doing, will it get any better? Second, What is the
real cost to you of not taking action to make things better?
